So... This is my first post.

I've decided, because I read Michelle's blog all the time, that I needed one myself. This post will be all about me, myself, and I (but I mean really... when will it not be all about me?) so you can learn all you need to know about yours truly.

First things first. Hello, I'm Kayla! I am a Junior at Western Carolina University. I'm an English major with a concentration in Professional Writing and a minor in Journalism (mainly because they will not allow me to minor in Creative Writing! Boo you WCU, I JUST WANNA WRITE A BOOK!).

I'm going to make a list of some interesting things you should probably know about me. So, here we go.

• I'm super introverted, which makes it really hard to make friends. 
• I love anything fantastical. Mainly Game of Thrones, The Mortal Instruments, any fairytale book/movie, etc. I just love fiction and all that it encompasses. 
• I'm a feminist. A huge one. Anything a man can do, I can do better. With better precision and creativity, thank you very much. 
• I don't appreciate being treated like a piece of meat, which is how 99.9% of guys treat me. I'm serious, if you are a guy and you are reading this... Here's some advice. STOP HITTING ON GIRLS ON SOCIAL MEDIA. IF YOU WANT TO GET TO KNOW SOMEONE, ASK THEM MEANINGFUL QUESTIONS. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT CALL US PRETTY AS IF THAT IT OUR ONLY REDEEMING QUALITY. WE DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR OPINION OF OUR LOOKS, WE WANT YOUR OPINION OF OUR MINDS. Granted, this probably doesn't apply to all girls, but it applies to me, so read it and weep, boys! I give 0 fucks about your opinion of my face/body. 
• I have a very high self esteem. I think I'm pretty and I don't care what you have to say about it. I'm not modest, I never will be. Take it or leave it :) 
• I curse too much for my own good. Being raised around foul language has seriously rubbed off on me but then again, who cares? Words are words. You wouldn't get upset if I said "clock" so why are you getting upset if I say "fuck"? Hmm. Food for thought. (And yes, Tyler, this bullet point came from your status). 
• I am VERY VERY opinionated and I guarantee my thoughts are a lot different than yours. 
• I act older than my age. 
• I am super lazy but then again I am super productive at the same time. 
• I procrastinate on everything, especially papers, but I'm good at writing so I usually get pretty good grades. :P As of right now, all A's, you're welcome! 
• I played softball from age 6 until I graduated high school. I miss it more and more every day! 
• I love going to the gym and being in shape, even though I have been slacking off SO HARD lately. I gotta get back into ASAP. 
• I love A Day to Remember and Miley Cyrus. Obviously. Because ADTR is the shit and Miley is beautiful :) 
• I love music/book/movie/tv show suggestions!
• I read articles on Facebook, like, every 5 seconds. And I take Facebook quizzes all the time because, I mean really, who doesn't wanna know what crime they committed in their past life? Bruh, everyone wants to know. 
• I say "bruh" and "nigga" a lot, especially for a white girl. HA! 
• I'm not basic. 
• I'M MOVING TO BOSTON WHEN I GRADUATE!!!!!!!!! 

Well, that's about it for right now because I have to go take my mom some food. I'm the best daughter in the world, I know. I hope you all enjoyed my first post hahaha. Peace out, girl scouts!
